Terms and Conditions
Once the inflatable has been set up it is the hirer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves and follow the guidelines on the safe use of the inflatable.
The hirer must always supervise this equipment and must be over 18 years of age.
An area of at least 6 feet or 2 meters around the equipment must be always completely safe and clear.
No food, drinks or chewing gum may be allowed near the equipment to avoid choking.
Ensure users are clothed appropriately. All shoes, spectacles, jewellery, badges (or anything which may cause harm to the wearer or other users) must be removed before using the equipment.
No smoking or barbecues should be near the equipment.
The inflatable must be kept clean, dry, and clear of all objects at all times.
Climbing, hanging, summer-saults or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be permitted.
Always ensure the equipment is not overcrowded and that mixed users (persons of different heights) are not using the equipment at the same time and follow the user guide on the inflatable, an example of this is below;
Maximum user - height maximum users
1.0m - 6 persons
1.2m - 5 persons
1.5m - 4 persons
1.8m - 4 persons
No pets or toys or sharp objects should be near or on the inflatable.
Do not allow anyone to bounce or loiter on the front step of the inflatable as this is to help users get on and off safely only.
No persons who are intoxicated may be permitted to use the equipment.
Ensure no one uses the equipment with a history of back or neck problems or is feeling unwell.
This equipment is for the use of children up to 14 years of age. Adults are not permitted to use this inflatable. For the purposes of insurance adults shall be defined as persons who have attained or are over the age of 17, kids are defined as 16 years of age and under. Our inflatables are not suitable for adult use.
Do not move or re position an inflatable after inflatable has set this up.
If the equipment is not being used, please switch off at the mains.
Do not allow anyone to be on or near the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
In the event of Rain, the equipment must not be used but kept inflated during this time. Afterwards, dry the equipment off with a towel before use.
In the event of Winds remove all users from the inflatable and switch off until winds reduce. Winds can be extremely dangerous and should be always monitored by using an anemometer to record windspeeds and gusts which should not exceed 24mph.
All persons using rented equipment do so at their own risk. We will not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury occurring from or, because of misuse or reckless use. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the safety guidelines are always adhered to. We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur due to not complying with the above conditions.
By renting this inflatable, I hereby agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
